HOW I LOST 35KG! CYCLING WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION
I was around 100kg when I first started cycling in 2014 and over the years I have lost around 35-37kg.
If you go back to the start of my channel you will see me and how my weight has come down over the years. My little face is so round 🙂 It was pretty hard riding carry extra weight but was always determined to lose it. I NEVER calorie restricted and don’t recommend you do. I wanted to share some tips and a bit of my story to help you if you are wanting to lose a bit of weight.
