COVID-19: Victoria's daily new cases sees sharp fall | SBS News
Victoria’s daily new coronavirus cases have continued to fall, with Premier Daniel Andrews reporting 116 on Monday, down from 208 the day before.
Mr Andrews reported another 15 deaths from the virus, bringing the state total to 430 and bringing the national figure to 517.
He said the relatively low number of new cases showed lockdown measures were working, and were having a “real impact”,”
“I’m proud and grateful to every single Victorian who is playing their part in delivering a successful strategy,” he said.
